Cindy will focus on increasing endurance, strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness in her classes. She enjoys directing each participant towards the development of her/his own creative potential through the process of yoga postures and breath work. The ultimate goal is to realize a healthy temple for one’s mind-body-spirit.
Mats and props are provided. Please bring a towel.

 
9:30 AM - 7/13/2010 1:00 AM Water Aerobics
‘My very first priority teaching water aerobics is safety. You must be able to swim and have no fear of the deep end. If this poses a problem we can arrange a private class for you. Cardio work is exercised in the deep end with a good amount of swimming. Contact with the cement floor of the pool is minimal to ensure proper care of the skeletal system. The principles of Pilates and the elegance of Ballet enhance this class. Of course, fun is very much a part of our recipe. I look forward to swimming with you!’ SD
